Location: Bracknell
Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £60,000+
Plus Car Allowance
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Valuer to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Bracknell area. This is an ideal role for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will manage buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. Working as part of a supportive and successful team, the Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer will play a key role in securing offers, progressing sales and helping to drive the continued success of the branch.
The Role
*Register and qualify buyers
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Carry out market appraisals
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Progress agreed sales through to completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and solicitors
*Generate new business opportunities and follow up enquiries
*Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
*Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer within residential estate agency
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach
*Professional, organised and customer focused
*Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
*Full UK driving licence
