Monday-Friday | 37.5 hours per week
3-Month Temporary Assignment
Looking for your next opportunity in support work?We’re currently looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join a specialist substance misuse service in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting vulnerable adults, particularly within substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice or other complex-needs services
What you’ll be doing*Managing a caseload and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey
*Completing assessments, risk assessments and personalised recovery plans
*Providing regular one-to-one keywork sessions
*Supporting clients with issues including housing, benefits, mental health, employment and physical health
*Promoting harm reduction and safer substance use
*Working closely with partner agencies and other professionals
*Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring client progress
*Supporting individuals to build independence, resilience and long-term recovery
Who we’re looking forWe’re particularly interested in candidates who have:
*Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs
*Previous caseload management experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*An understanding of safeguarding and risk management
*Good written and organisational skills
*A person-centred and non-judgemental approach
You don’t necessarily need to come from a substance misuse background - experience in areas such as homelessness, mental health, criminal justice, supported housing or community support can also be highly relevant
