EAC are working on an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing and ambitious organisation based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agency Recruiter, Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional looking to take the next step in their career and move into an in-house environment.
You will take ownership of the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to successful appointment, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business. This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on recruitment strategy, candidate attraction and the overall growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and appointment
*Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
*Write engaging job descriptions and advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and social media platforms
*Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and direct approaches
*Screen and interview candidates against role requirements
*Manage the candidate journey and ensure a professional and positive experience throughout
*Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates
*Manage offers, references and pre-employment checks
*Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
*Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
*Support the development of the company’s employer brand and attraction strategy
*Monitor recruitment activity, candidate pipelines and key recruitment metrics
*Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and streamline hiring activity
*Support wider recruitment and people-related projects as required
About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:
*Previous experience within agency recruitment, internal recruitment or talent acquisition
*Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and job boards
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Confidence working with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels
*The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
*A proactive, organised and commercially-minded approach
*Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
*The confidence to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment function
*A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within an internal recruitment environment
*A strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience
