IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Lead Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Willand, Devon.

*£13.21 per hour once permanent.

*39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Hours of Work*Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm.
*Friday, 8am-4pm.
*39 hours per week.
Key Duties*Receive and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
*Operate a forklift truck, with training provided for the right candidate.
*Pick and process orders from start to finish.
*Palletise and prepare goods for dispatch.
*Book orders onto the online portal.
*Print and monitor website and online shop orders.
*Ensure stock is correctly put away and the warehouse remains organised.
*Help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and smoothly.
*Support the Team Leader with daily warehouse operations.
*Take responsibility for key warehouse functions when the Team Leader is not working.
*Safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
Requirements*Previous warehouse experience.
*Good written and verbal English.
*Computer literate and comfortable using online systems.
*Willing and able to operate a forklift truck.
*Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
*Ability to safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
*Organised and reliable approach to work.
*Ability to work independently when required.
*Good attention to detail.
*Hands-on approach and positive attitude.
