An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join a busy People & Culture team. You will provide efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to deliver a professional HR service to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks (Right to Work, references, DBS, etc.).
*Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
*Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
*Process payroll changes and support employee benefits administration.
*Coordinate onboarding, inductions, training, and probation reviews.
*Provide first-line support for HR queries and assist with employee relations administration.
*Support HR reporting, projects, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
*Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, or people-focused environments.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
*Experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to work towards) would be advantageous.
