FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Project Manager.
About the Role
Permanent position. This role will be based in Glasgow. There are 3 roles available - Experienced PM or Senior PM or Associate Director PM.
Responsibilities
*Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
*Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
*Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
*Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
*Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
*Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
*Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
*Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
*Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
*Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
Ideal Qualifications
*Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Ideal Skills
*Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
*Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.
*Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
*Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.
*Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
*Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
*High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
*Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
*Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available.
Pay range and compensation package
