In this Paraplanner role, you will support Financial Advisers by producing high-quality research and suitability reports across a broad spectrum of financial planning work. You will work within a dedicated support model, typically supporting around two advisers, which allows you to build strong working relationships and gain a clear understanding of client needs and advice approaches.


This Paraplanner position offers genuine variety, with involvement in annual reviews, new business cases and ongoing client servicing. While the work maintains strong technical depth, it remains accessible and engaging rather than overly complex. The role suits someone who is hands-on, organised and trusted to deliver consistent, accurate output.


Your Paraplanner responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking financial planning research to support client advice
• Preparing suitability reports using structured templates and bespoke formats
• Reviewing and analysing existing investment portfolios
• Supporting annual reviews and ongoing servicing work
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes


Paraplanner Requirements
• Essential: Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning firm
• Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) completed or one exam away from completion
• Essential: Demonstrated experience producing suitability reports and research documentation
• Desirable: Exposure to a varied range of financial planning cases
