The RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may be involved in:
*Supporting students aged 11-18 in the classroom
*Working alongside teachers to support learning
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support
*Helping students stay engaged and focused
*Supporting students with their academic development
*Assisting with pastoral and wider school activities
*Building positive relationships with students and staff
We’re Looking For*A degree or equivalent qualification
*A genuine interest in working with young people
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach
*The ability to build positive relationships with students
*Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
