Sales Negotiator
Location: Battersea, London, SW11
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic | £100,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
This is a newly created position due to continued expansion and offers the chance to work within a unique and fast-paced environment with genuine career progression.

The Role You will be responsible for:
*Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion
*Negotiating offers and progressing transactions
*Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and landlords
*Winning new business and generating instructions
*Conducting viewings and providing exceptional customer service
*Managing applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties
You’ll spend your first few months working closely with one of the Directors, receiving hands-on training and developing a strong understanding of the business and its clients.
About You To be successful, you will have:
*Ideally auction experience, although outstanding Sales or Lettings Negotiators with 5+ years’ estate agency experience will also be considered
*A proven track record of winning business and closing deals
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*A proactive, target-driven approach
*A professional and personable manner
*A full UK driving licence
