FP&A Analyst - MI | London | Hybrid
An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation.
The role will focus on translating financial and operational data into clear business insight, presenting findings to the wider business and supporting commercial decision-making.
Key requirements:
*Insurance experience is essential (General Insurance, Reinsurance or Lloyd’s Market)
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is essential
*Strong FP&A / MI and variance analysis experience
*Able to translate and present data clearly to wider business stakeholders
*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
*Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other data visualisation tools desirable
*An interest in finance transformation, systems and integration
Key responsibilities:
*Produce management and executive-level MI
*Analyse performance, variances and key business drivers
*Translate data into clear, commercially focused insights
*Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
*Work with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams
*Support reporting improvements, automation and integration projects
