Our client is a specialist manufacturing company; they are looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to work on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
*Will work within the supporting manufacturing with administrative tasks.
*Ensure excellent administrative support to the team.
*Liaison with internal departments on enquiry and support matters.
*Processing of orders for products on internal system ensuring accuracy and requirements.
*Involved in purchasing support.
*Maintaining accurate records.
*General Admin Duties.
*Raising and delivering customer quotations.
*Supporting the sales representatives with updates on orders and enquiries.
The Person
*Manufacturing administration experience is desirable.
*Used to working as part of a team and with the ability to provide clear instruction to others where applicable.
*Fully conversant with MS Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
*Experience of using ERP/MRP systems advantageous.
*Good customer service.
*Attention to detail.
*Highly organised and efficient in your day-to-day duties.
*Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
*Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
*Interest and experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
