Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are recruiting for a well-established law firm in Romford seeking a Family Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join its growing team, with a clear pathway into a supervisory role.
The Role
*Manage a caseload of 20–25 privately funded family matters
*Cover divorce, finances, children, cohabitation, TOLATA, domestic violence and pre/post-nups
*Act for a varied client base, including HNW individuals
*Supervise junior staff and contribute to business development
About You
*4+ PQE in private Family Law
*Broad experience across private family matters
*Strong client, communication and organisational skills
*Ambitious, autonomous and confident in a leadership capacity
*Supervisory experience desirable
