Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for a Civils Chargehand / Supervisor. You will be working in Bodmin.
Monday - Friday
45 hours per week
Perm Contract
Salary between - £37,175 – £42,656 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and supervise a small team (up to 6 operatives)
*Deliver high-quality civils work (kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
*Plan and coordinate plant, materials, and daily site activities
*Conduct briefings and maintain accurate records
*Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe working practices
*Read and interpret utility drawings and plans
Essential:
*CSCS Card, NRSWA Operative
*Full UK Driving Licence (LGV desirable)
*Ability to securely park a 3.5t vehicle
