Full job descriptionRobert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Marketing business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Accounts Assistant for 3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Accounts Assistant to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
*Manage Accounts Payable, including processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are recorded accurately and on time.
*Manage Accounts Receivable, including monitoring outstanding balances and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
*Complete bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
*Carry out balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
*Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to and resolving account and payment queries in a timely manner.
*Prepare and process manual invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete.
*Investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding queries where required.
*Maintain accurate and organised financial records in accordance with company procedures.
*Provide general support to the wider finance team as required.
Profile:
The successful interim Accounts Assistant will have 2+ years experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
This role is paying between £18-21p/h
