Nurse Seekers are recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly supported living team in Kidderminster, supporting adults to live more independently and achieve the things that matter to them.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote independence and help the people you support live a meaningful life on their own terms.
What you’ll be doing
*Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
*Supporting individuals with daily living, cooking, shopping and household tasks
*Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
*Supporting with medication and health appointments where required
*Helping individuals access activities, education, employment and the wider community
*Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and wider teams
*Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding, health & safety and care procedures
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic people who genuinely want to make a difference.
You’ll ideally have experience in care, supported living, learning disabilities or a similar setting, but a positive attitude, compassion and a willingness to learn are just as important.
