Description
*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
*Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
*Support year-end audit processes with necessary documentation and reports.
*Manage cash flow and oversee expenditure controls.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
*Studying towards CIMA or ACCA.
*Able to commute to our client’s office in Grantham.
*Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
*A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one.
*Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
