An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a new estate agency branch in Central Manchester.
You’ll be a key part of the branch’s growth, working with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants while delivering a professional and personal service from initial enquiry through to completion or move-in.
The role will include:
*Responding quickly to property enquiries and booking viewings
*Conducting professional sales and lettings viewings
*Providing feedback to vendors and landlords
*Negotiating offers and keeping deals moving
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Managing tenancy applications and move-ins
*Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other agents
*Generating new business through canvassing, networking and social media
*Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant compliance checks
We’re looking for someone with:
*Previous estate agency or target-driven sales experience
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A confident, energetic and proactive approach
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Confidence using CRM systems and social media
*Knowledge of Manchester’s property market would be advantageous
*A full UK driving licence
