£14.00 - £19.00 per hour + Overtime Available
A leading precision manufacturing business is currently expanding its machining department due to a significant increase in workload and long-term customer demand.
As part of planned growth, we are looking to recruit several CNC Operators with basic setting experience to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility.
The Role of CNC Operator
Working within a modern machining environment, your responsibilities will include:
*Operating CNC milling and turning machines
*Carrying out basic machine setting activities
*Tool changes and offset adjustments
*Loading and unloading components
*Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
*Working from engineering drawings and process instructions
*Conducting in-process inspections and quality check.
We are keen to speak with CNC Operators who have:
*Previous CNC operating experience
*Basic setting knowledge
*Experience carrying out tool changes and adjustments
*Ability to read engineering drawings
*A strong eye for detail and quality
*Experience within precision engineering, manufacturing, machining or production environments
