Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day homeThe RoleAn exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading international law firm’s high-performing BD & Marketing team.
This role would suit an experienced BD professional, or an Executive/Assistant looking to step up ideally from a legal or professional services background.
Key Responsibilities*Support pitches, credentials and client-facing materials.
*Maintain lawyer CVs, case studies and marketing content.
*Support client events, webinars and thought leadership campaigns.
*Assist with directory submissions, awards and league tables.
*Support client relationship and business development initiatives.
*Coordinate meetings, client plans and practice priorities.
*Maintain accurate information across CRM and marketing systems.
About You*Experience in BD, pitches or marketing, ideally within legal/professional services.
*Open to experienced Assistants/Executives looking to progress into BD.
*Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
*Confident managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
*Proactive, commercially minded and able to use initiative.
*Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
