The role
As Family Law Paralegal, you’ll get involved in every stage of family law casework, including:
*Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop
*Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses
*Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents
*Helping prepare Affidavits
*Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching
*Handling correspondence with clients and other parties
About you
*At least 2 years’ experience in family law
*Driven and motivated to deliver a first-class client experience
*Great people skills
*Comfortable working towards KPI targets
*Personable, detail-focused and confident
*Happy to pitch in and support the wider team
