An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded Central London-based firm. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you’ll advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and fast-growth businesses to larger commercial organisations.
The Role
*Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
*Advise on technology, AI and data protection matters
*Support on corporate transactions, including M&A work
*Work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
*Contribute to business development and networking activities
*Mentor and support a paralegal within the team
About You
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE
*Strong commercial contracts experience
*Knowledge of technology, AI, data privacy and UK GDPR
*Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
*Comfortable managing client relationships and working in a collaborative team environment
*Experience gained in a City, national, boutique or in-house environment would be beneficial
