We are seeking a proactive and organised Compliance Administrator to join our HR & People Hub team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and maintained. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
*Processing and monitoring DBS checks.
*Completing vehicle compliance checks to enable staff expense claims.
*Supporting registration and compliance requirements for social care professionals.
*Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems and spreadsheets.
*Liaising with candidates, managers, and external agencies to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding experiences.
*Providing general administrative support to the HR & People Hub team.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Has previous administrative experience within recruitment, HR, compliance, or a business support environment.
*Possesses strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Is a quick learner and able to adapt to new systems and processes.
*Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Can manage a varied workload in a busy and fast-paced environment.
*Is confident using multiple IT systems and databases simultaneously.
*Ideally has experience using Oracle or similar complex systems.
This role is based at our Wigston office. Candidates must be able to travel to and work from this location. While there may be opportunities for hybrid working in the future, the successful candidate will be required to attend the office during the initial training period. The current team operates a hybrid model, splitting their time between office and home working.
