Full job descriptionTemporary Receptionist – Ealing
Location: Ealing, London
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Temporary assignment: 18–20 August
We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover over three evenings in Ealing. This is a quiet reception environment, with some general administrative duties required during the shifts.
Hours
*Tuesday 18 August: 4:15pm–9:45pm (includes a 30-minute induction with our Head of Operations)
*Wednesday 19 August: 4:45pm–9:45pm
*Thursday 20 August: 4:45pm–9:45pm
Key Duties
*Providing a friendly and professional reception service
*Welcoming and assisting visitors as required
*Monitoring the reception area
*Completing general administration tasks during quieter periods
Requirements
*Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
*Professional, reliable and punctual
*Confident working independently in a quiet reception environment
*Good communication and basic administration skills
*Must be available for all three shifts
Rate: £14.50 per hour
