Location: Silsden, West Yorkshire
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Tuesday, 9:00am to 3:15pm - increasing to include Wednesdays 9.00am to 3.15pm- ideal if you are looking for school hours
Contract: Temporary, Immediate Start
Our key client based in Silsden/Keighley is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Administrator to join their busy office team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration, and providing excellent service within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively contact existing customers on a daily basis to obtain recurring orders
*Answer incoming customer enquiries via telephone
*Make outbound calls to customers to support sales activity and maintain relationships
*Process card payments accurately and efficiently
*Raise invoices and carry out general sales administration duties
*Maintain customer records and order information using Sage 50
*Handle general office administration and support the wider team as required
*Deliver a professional and friendly customer service experience at all times
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office administration role
*Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 is essential
*Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
*Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
*Competent with Microsoft Office applications
