We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established employer within the automotive sector.

This is a varied role suited to someone with previous parts experience who is confident dealing with customers, supporting workshop colleagues and keeping on top of stock and orders.
You’ll be joining a busy team where organisation, attention to detail and a positive approach are essential.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
*Processing parts orders and invoices
*Allocating and issuing parts for workshop jobs
*Maintaining accurate stock levels
*Supporting technicians with parts requirements
*Liaising with internal departments
*Handling telephone and face-to-face customer enquiries
*Trade and retail parts sales
*Delivering parts to customers when required
*Completing associated administration
*Using parts and stock management systems
*Supporting the wider team with day-to-day duties
About You

We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous parts experience, ideally within the automotive sector
*Is confident dealing with customers and colleagues
*Is organised, methodical and reliable
*Has strong attention to detail
*Can manage competing priorities and deadlines
*Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
*Has experience with ADP/Kerridge or similar systems - desirable
*Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
