Description
*Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients.
*Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent service standards.
*Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations, NHS requirements, and company policies.
*Manage the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions.
*Deliver and expand pharmacy services including vaccinations, health checks, and other NHS and private services.
*Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
*Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and the wider community.
*Manage stock control, pharmacy operations, and service delivery targets.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*MPharm degree and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
*Previous experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership responsibilities.
*Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*A proactive approach to service development and business performance.
