Description
*Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner working as part of a wider HR Team
*Partner with your site leadership teams for all aspects of HR
*Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees including complex ER casework and tribunal level
*Managing Union site based relationships and pay negotiations when required
*Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
*Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
*Collaborate with leadership teams to shape organisational culture and change initiatives.
*Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics or fast paced hands on environment
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Have previously worked with Unions
*Managed complex ER casework up to tribunal level
*Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
*Confidence in handling sensitive issues with professionalism.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.
Job Offer
*Salary up to £60k + company car
*Site based role our of Woksop
*Weekly travel to Selby, Goole sites
*Month overnight stays at Scotland sites
