As an Architectural Technician, you will play a vital role in my
clients mission to address the UK’s housing crisis by creating
beautiful, energy-efficient spaces that enhance the lives of

Performance Objectives

* Collaborate with design architects to deliver detailed plans
and elevations that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards
within project timelines.
* Develop and refine construction drawings and technical
documentation to ensure seamless integration from blueprint to
build.
* Utilize advanced software tools to create 3D models and
simulations that support innovative, cost-effective building
solutions with a focus on sustainability.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to
align architectural designs with project goals and client
expectations.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor construction
progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building
codes.
* Research and propose new materials and methods to enhance
energy efficiency and structural integrity in our homes.
* Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
to communicate design concepts and construction solutions to
stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
