We are inviting applications for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our welcoming team at a two-form entry school in Stowmarket. This full-time role, starting in September, is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is eager to make a difference in the early stages of our pupils’ educational journey.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons suitable for reception pupils.
*Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
*Assess and record each child’s progress, adapting teaching materials to meet their individual needs.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s progress and welfare.
*Participate in school events, training sessions, and staff meetings.
*Uphold the school’s policies and standards to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience in teaching at the reception level or early years education.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
