Full job descriptionAccounts Payable Assistant
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a construction business in High Wycombe who are urgently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant with CIS experience.
Duties:
*Process and verify invoices inclusive of CIS
*Manage daily payment runs
*Update the finance system
*Communicate with clients on invoice payments
*Resolve invoice discrepancies
*Prepare accounts payable reports
*Liaise with Project Managers on invoices
*Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
*2 years experience working within an accounts payable (CIS) role
*Strong communication skills
Salary and additional information:
*£30,000 - £40,000 DOE
*5 days in the office
