Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Brandon.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced production environment with competitive pay and overtime rates.
PAY RATE
*Basic: £14.33 per hour
*Overtime: £17.91 per hour
THE ROLE
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for:
*Operating and monitoring production machinery
*Ensuring smooth and continuous production
*Maintaining product quality
*Following customer specifications
*Working safely and following all health & safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
*Own transport is essential due to the location
*Previous machine operative or production experience is desirable but not essential
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable and hardworking attitude
