We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Ascot.
The successful candidate must have Lettings Manager experience along with local knowledge.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Manager:
*Basic £30,000 - £35,000
*OTE £45,000 - £50,000
*Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
*Half day every other Saturday
*On site parking
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Manager:
*Client relationship management
*Departmental organisation
*Performance management
*Generating new business
*Seek out new business opportunities
*Provide valuable feedback to clients
*Supporting the team as required with training and development
*Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
*Good working knowledge of inventory
*Speaking with potential tenants and building relationships
*Provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Manager:
*Previous experience as a Lettings Manager
*Listing experience essential with local knowledge
*Highly organised and results driven
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Professional telephone manner
*Works well in a team and independently
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients
*The ability to manage inspire and train a team to help achieve the office targets
*Effective and efficient time management skills
