We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Brentwood.
The ideal candidate must have previous Lettings Negotiator experience with some Valuing.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Basic £20,000
*OTE £40,000 - £45,000+
*Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
*Every Saturday 9am to 3pm with a day back during the week
*5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Liaising between landlords and tenants
*Providing up to date advice and information
*Conducting viewings
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating lettings contracts
*Registering applicants
*Generate and bring on new business
*Building the market share
*Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Must have previous Lettings Negotiator experience with some Valuing
*Ability to bring on new business
*A high level of customer service skills
*The desire to work well in a team, and independently
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*High accuracy and attention to detail
*Drive, hunger and ambition for success
*Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
*Well-presented and professional
*Target driven with a ’can do’ attitude
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
