Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, an expanding Farnborough-based supplier of modern bespoke lighting products and solutions are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to provide vital administrative support across various aspects of project operations, including production, installations, scheduling, documentation, and process improvement. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational deadlines are achieved and that administrative responsibilities across the Operations Team are completed accurately and to a high standard.
Personal skills/attributes required:
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*Clear and professional communication with cross-functional teams
*Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple streams of documentation simultaneously
*Proactive problem-solving and ownership of project deliverables
*Previous project co-ordination experience, including risk management and stakeholder management is advantageous
*Experience with Xero is preferred
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Keen attention to detail
*Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
*Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Flexible and able to work well under pressure
Maternity cover - fixed term contract for 6 months in the first instance - may be extended subsequently.
