The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy production environment. This is a hands-on role involving fine, detailed and fiddly assembly work, so excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
You will be required to work efficiently and at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy, with production targets to achieve.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out detailed and intricate assembly work.
*Handle small components and parts with care and precision.
*Use excellent hand and finger dexterity throughout the working day.
*Follow assembly instructions and production processes accurately.
*Work quickly and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
*Maintain a consistent level of quality and accuracy.
*Carry out visual quality checks on completed products.
*Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.
*Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
*Work effectively as part of a busy production team.
The Ideal Candidate*Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
*Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
*Comfortable working with small, fiddly components.
*Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
*Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
*Good attention to detail.
*Reliable, punctual and committed.
*Able to follow instructions and work independently.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
