Graduate Hydrogeologist - WolverhamptonLocation: Wolverhampton
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
An exciting opportunity is available for a Graduate Hydrogeologist to join an established environmental consultancy in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across groundwater, contaminated land and environmental projects, with full training and support provided.
The Role*Supporting hydrogeological and contaminated land investigations.
*Assisting with groundwater monitoring, sampling and site investigations.
*Interpreting groundwater and environmental data.
*Supporting conceptual site models and hydrogeological assessments.
*Assisting with groundwater risk assessments and remediation projects.
*Producing technical reports and data summaries.
*Using GIS and environmental databases to support project delivery.
*Working alongside experienced hydrogeologists, geologists and environmental consultants.
*Undertaking site visits and fieldwork across the UK.
About You*Degree qualified in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, Geography or a related subject.
*A genuine interest in groundwater and the wider water environment.
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication.
*Comfortable undertaking field-based work.
*Full UK driving licence is desirable.
*Previous fieldwork, groundwater monitoring or GIS experience would be beneficial.
