Robert Half Ltd are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a business on a temporary 3-month basis. This is a part-time role, working 16-20 hours per week, and would suit an experienced finance administrator.
You’ll support the day-to-day finance and administration function, working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities*Raising and sending supplier purchase orders using Sage 50
*Receiving goods and maintaining accurate records on Sage 50
*Processing and coding supplier invoices, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries
*Raising sales orders and invoices
*Carrying out weekly debtor chasing and supporting timely customer payments
*Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery dates and following up on delays
*Supporting import/export administration and ensuring goods move through customs efficiently
*Providing general finance and site administration support as required
*Maintaining accurate documentation and records
About you*Purchase orders and purchase invoices
*Sales orders, invoicing and credit control/debtor management
*Sage 50 (desirable)
*Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/spreadsheets
*Working with suppliers and customers
