£45,000–£50,000 (pro rata, DOE)
London (office-based with one day a week wfh)
Private Equity
We’re partnering with a boutique private equity firm to hire a proactive Team Assistant on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment, who enjoys being the go-to person for both office operations and team support.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide broad support across the operations and investment team, including:
*Diary management for four senior executives
*Coordinating meetings and calls
*Meeting and greeting visitors, answering phones, hosting visitors
*Office management: ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, keeping the office running smoothly
*Travel booking: simple, occasional UK/European trips
*General administrative support as required across the team
About You*Experience as a Team Assistant within a fast-paced financial/professional services firm is essential
*Confident with Outlook and managing multiple diaries
*Comfortable in a client-facing, professional environment, able to draft polished emails
*Proactive and happy to ask questions and take ownership
*Enjoy working in a friendly, close-knit office
Working Pattern*Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday
*Primarily office-based in London, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays, subject to business needs
