About Relton Digital Marketing

We care about our clients and we’re extremely transparent in our bespoke reporting to them. Our clients are local and global and we’re growing, so this is a new role.
We do not have your typical hierarchal structure in our office. We own our work and conduct ourselves in the most helpful and professional way at all times. We hold ourselves accountable, so the client doesn’t need to. We are a small team of dedicated digital marketing specialists and would like to bring you into the fold. We all make the tea and coffees.


About You
You will be pro-active and passionate about everything you do and about doing the best job possible. That’s you in the office and in your own pursuits. You will be inquisitive, self-motivated, a problem solver and have oodles of common sense. We do not intend for you to wait to be told what to do, but ask questions, actively seek answers and co-ordinate with the team.
This is a full-time or a part-time role, we will be flexible for the right candidate. All training can be given. However, some experience is preferred. This is predominantly an office-based role.


Main Duties
*Creating, improving and delivering our Competitors Analysis reporting
*Preparing our bespoke SEO reporting
*Monitoring and reporting on AI Search results
*Creating and driving our clients’ Content Strategies
*Managing Link Building for our clients
*Build internal links
*Use various SEO tools to carry out your reports and contribute to SEO strategy
*Uploading blog content and other content through various CMSs
*Manage Clients’ Google Alerts
*Carry out META Data fixes for our clients’ websites


Other Duties
* Liaise directly with clients and making clear direct recommendations
*Build and send our own e-newsletters as well as for clients
*Using Canva to produce content
*Complete META data when required
*Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices
*We want to hear about your other passions and skillsets that could support us and our clients
Other areas
*Blog and Content creation
*We value your creative input on everything we do
*You will be expected to support the team wherever needed
