Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a New Business Development Executive to join their established sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to develop their career within a thriving and rewarding industry.
*Role: New Business Development Executive
*Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £36,000-£40,000 Year 1)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
*Hybrid Working: Available after successful completion of probation
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and progress into an Account Management role as your customer base grows.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound telesales activity.
*Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into spending accounts.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
*Achieve sales, activity and KPI targets.
*Promote the company’s extensive range of products and services.
Specification
*Previous B2B telesales or business development experience.
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven and organised.
*Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
