IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting FLT counterbalance/warehouse operative to join a leading food manufacturer based in Knowsley, L34.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced FLT counterbalance (RTITB)/warehouse operative looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.
The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.
What We Offer*£13.93-£14.63 per hour (depending on role and shift).
*Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Duties*Safely operate FLT equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
*Support ingredient picking for production using the FLT.
*Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
*Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
*Recycle waste materials, including packaging
*Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
*Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives.
*Work collaboratively as part of the production team.
Requirements*Essential to have RTITB Counterbalance licence.
*Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
*Good manual handling ability.
*Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
*Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
*Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
Working HoursWeekly rotational shift
*Monday to Friday: 7am-3pm.
*Monday to Friday: 3pm-11pm.
Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential.
