Full job descriptionThe Opportunity We are working with a successful and growing financial planning practice in Kent who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and provide high-quality technical and report-writing support to their Financial Advisers.

This role would suit either a part-qualified Paraplanner working towards their Level 4 Diploma or an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical skills and career within a supportive environment.

The Role As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning.
*Analysing client information and carrying out technical research.
*Structuring advice in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
*Supporting Advisers with pre- and post-client meeting preparation.
*Assisting with complex financial planning cases and technical queries.
*Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning illustrations where appropriate.
*Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Salesforce.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a Paraplanning or financial planning environment.
*A good understanding of the regulated financial advice process.
*Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
*Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
