The salary range for these positions is £55,486- £60,898 per annum based on a 36 hour working week. We expect most candidates to start at £55,486, with opportunities to progress within the band as they develop in the role.
These posts will support the delivery of the TAS SH (Team Around the School Support Hub) LISO (Learners Inclusion Support Offer) multi-disciplinary core team models, within East and West Surrey. These roles are offered as a hybrid working pattern although attendance at Surrey County Council offices or other locations will be required. When applying please state your location preference.

We are excited to be recruiting two TAS SH (Team Around the School Support Hub) Evaluation and Placement Stability Coordinators to join Surrey’s evolving Team Around the School Support Hub (TAS SH) within the Early Intervention, Prevention and Support Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an innovative and developing service that is transforming how support is coordinated around schools, settings, children, young people and families. Working within our new Learners Inclusion Support Offer (LISO) core multi-disciplinary teams, you will lead intelligence, evaluation, impact measurement and continuous improvement across Early Intervention Prevention and Support (EIPS), commissioned specialist outreach services and the Experts at Hand model. Data, evaluation and outcomes are an underpinning element of our SEND Reform Plan therefore we are seeking people who have significant experience in analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data and intelligence and can present this in formats appropriate to different audiences.

The Team Around the School Support Hub sits within Surrey’s Early Intervention, Prevention and Support Service.
We work alongside schools, settings, families and partner agencies to strengthen inclusion, promote early intervention and support children and young people to thrive within their local communities.
Through Surrey’s developing Experts at Hand approach, we are enhancing Surrey’s offer by providing a stronger local presence around schools and settings. This enables timely consultation, coordinated support and earlier intervention when needs emerge.

About the Role
As a TAS SH Evaluation and Placement Stability Coordinator, you will ensure decisions about service development, commissioning and resource allocation are informed by robust evidence, outcome measures and insight from schools, children and young people, families, commissioned services and partners.
Working across education, health, social care, school partnerships and providers, you will ensure support is targeted effectively, outcomes are measurable and learning informs improvement across the system.
You will support evaluation of commissioned specialist outreach services, including autism, SEMH, communication and language, inclusion and other specialist support, ensuring activity remains responsive to local need and contributes to the Experts at Hand locality model which aims to improve inclusion, promote earlier intervention and reduce the risk of placement breakdown
Key areas of responsibility include:
*Maintaining intelligence systems and analysing need, risk, inclusion and placement stability trends to inform priorities and targeted support.
*Producing clear analysis and impact reports for operational leaders, commissioners and strategic decision-makers.
*Leading consistent evaluation and outcome frameworks across Experts at Hand, outreach and locality services, assessing reach, effectiveness and value for money.
*Using evidence, feedback and effective practice to drive continuous improvement, service redesign and future commissioning.
