About the Role
An urgent requirement for an SC Cleared Governance & Planning Manager to join a Central Government digital transformation programme. This is a hybrid PMO and delivery role, bridging governance rigour with agile delivery — ideal for a PMO professional with hands-on Delivery Manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage ADO plan and sprint planning
*Develop board and reporting packs
*Maintain POAP and related reports
*Assist with external PMO activities such as RAID management
*Run day-to-day delivery for individual implementations
Essential Skills
Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), governance and controls, RAID management, stakeholder facilitation
Desirable Skills
MSP/PRINCE2/AgilePM, government major programmes experience, DTaS Product Operating Model
Clearance Requirement
Active SC Clearance is essential and must already be in place — this cannot be sponsored during the role.
