About the Role
A senior change role leading the people side of a major Central Government digital transformation programme. This is a substantive position covering change strategy, stakeholder engagement, culture and behaviour change, user adoption, and benefits realisation, reporting directly into the Programme Board.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain the Change and Adoption Strategy
*Define the organisational change approach for each programme phase
*Ensure change activities are aligned to programme outcomes and benefits
*Identify organisational impacts and readiness requirements
*Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and influence strategies
*Establish relationships with key stakeholder communities
*Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and user forums
*Define target behaviours and develop adoption interventions
*Develop user adoption plans and monitor adoption levels
*Define benefits measures and support the Benefits Framework
*Provide change and adoption reporting to the Programme Board and Steering Group
Essential Skills
Large-scale organisational change, senior stakeholder management, benefits tracking, change communications
Desirable Skills
PROSCI/APMG certification, public sector experience, digital workplace transformation
Clearance Requirement
Active SC Clearance is essential and must already be in place — this cannot be sponsored during the role.
