What You’ll Be Doing:
*Independently managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handling a varied mix of transactions rather than focusing on one specific area
*Delivering a high-quality, personal service to clients throughout their transaction
*Working alongside experienced Conveyancers, Solicitors and dedicated support staff
About You:
*Will have around 5 years’+ conveyancing experience
*Confident running a caseload independently with minimal supervision
*Broad residential property experience across a range of transactions
*Strong client care, organisation and communication skills
*Formal legal qualification is not essential – experience and capability are more important
