Job Description:
Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Accounts Receivable or Credit Control professional looking for your next career move?
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join a leading hospitality and leisure business, initially on an interim basis. This is a broad and varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the AR function, lead a team and work closely with operational and commercial teams across the business.
This is far more than a traditional credit control role. With multiple revenue streams across hospitality, leisure, events and other customer-facing operations, you’ll be working within a complex environment where strong financial controls, accurate reconciliations and effective processes are essential.
Ideally, you will:
*Be an experienced AR Manager, Credit Controller or AR specialist who is confident working in a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.
*Have excellent reconciliation and financial control skills
*Have experience reconciling multiple revenue streams
*Be proactive in your approach to identifying risks and improving processes.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
In return, you will:
*Work independently to shape a brand-new role within a well-established and growing finance team.
*Lean into your process improvement skills by analysing and building a new structure translating multiple revenue streams into the ERP system.
*Lead a strong transactional team and work directly with the Financial Controller.
*Have the opportunity to stay within the role permanently.
If you’re an experienced AR or Credit Control professional looking for a role that offers genuine breadth and responsibility, we’d be keen to hear from you.
