Full job descriptionReed Finance is supporting a leading national public sector organisation to appoint an Assistant Finance Director.
This senior leadership role will lead a team of finance professionals, overseeing financial sustainability, governance, risk and performance across a complex portfolio of organisations. You will provide strategic financial advice, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver insightful reporting to senior leadership and board-level audiences.
About You:
*Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
*Significant post-qualification experience in a complex organisation
*Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
*Strong financial analysis, governance and business partnering expertise
*Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
