Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming school in Wellingborough who are looking to appoint a dedicated Year 4 Teacher from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced primary teacher or ECT looking to join a supportive school with the potential for a permanent position.
The role will involve:
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
*Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress
*Managing behaviour effectively and consistently
*Working closely with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education, confident in their classroom practice and committed to helping every pupil reach their potential.
