£20.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm


We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Plumber to join our client in Bristol.


Location:
The role will be based at Chantry Court Stores, Denmark Street, Bristol, BS1 5DH, with work carried out across several nearby properties, including:

*Chantry Court


*Unite House


*Orchard Heights


*Campbell House


All sites are within walking distance of the base location.


Key Responsibilities:

*Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs


*Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults and leaks


*Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing fixtures and fittings


*Carrying out basic repairs to toilets, sinks, taps, pipework and drainage systems


*Responding to maintenance issues across the properties


*Undertaking minor maintenance and repair works where required


*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard


*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment



Requirements:

*Previous experience as a Plumber


*Good knowledge of general plumbing maintenance and repairs


*Ability to work independently and as part of a team


*Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship


*Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude


*Relevant plumbing qualifications or experience would be advantageous


Working Hours:

*Monday to Friday


*9:00am – 5:00pm



Pay Rate:

*£20.00 per hour
